Heckett / ヘケート is a character from the Japanese comic (1953-68) & anime (1967-68): "Princess Knight / ribbon no kishi / リボンの騎士" by Osamu Tezuka.

I'm surprised she barely gets any recognition & haven't got a model, so i made one myself.
