Recently I created a collection to showcase and connect people who are creating Music Focused 🎸 works. So I'm creating a bounty to hopefully spark more interest and encourage people to create work like this.
🎨 Theme
Create an amazing music short video.
A clip of up to 60 seconds that makes your jaw drop, with music at its core. Its genre and how it impresses are up to you.
The examples I linked:
Video 1 - Shows non-diegetic music + cool visuals. The Liquid DnB caries it.
Video 2 - Shows non-diegetic music, the DnB is the main focus, adds the video for overall vibe.
Video 3 - Intriguing melody and voice, performed by unique characters in a detailed video. (Loops well)
Video 4 - Satisfying bass jam, and the character delivers it with flair. (Loops well)
💰 Prizes
🥇 1st place - 5000 buzz
🥈 2nd place - 4000 buzz (10+ people)
🥉 3rd place - 3000 buzz (10+ people)
Bonus: "I could loop this for hours" - 3000 buzz
Total: 5-15k buzz
The prize pool depends on entries.
When 10+ unique people enter: top 3 prize pool.
Below 10 people: only 1st prize.
And a bonus prize when there are good candidates for it.
One prize per person.
🔍 Judgement
Honestly very personal judgement, my favorites. But I'll look for the following:
Music quality; high fidelity, impressive track or excerpt, no obvious artifacting, glitching, stuttering or incoherence.
Overall impact as a video; the wow-factor, whether the music or visuals stand out.
How well the visuals support the music and vice versa.
Music is the tie-breaker; when I'm split between entries, the one that impressed me because of the music wins.
But I won't look for:
Comedy and wit; Humor isn't forbidden but I judge based on whether I'm amazed, not whether it made me laugh.
Fair warning, I'll be using my headphones, so I encourage you to do the same. Avoid easy mistakes like lossy encoding at a too low bitrate leaving unnecessary blemishes on your work.
Tip: it looks like Civitai doesn't transcode the full size video, just the preview version in galleries (which don't play with audio anyway). Meaning an h265/FLAC MP4 just works when your browser supports it. I've used it here. Same for higher bitrate AAC/Opus when I tested those in draft uploads.
📖 Rules
Max length: 60 seconds.
Max 3 entries per person. 1 entry = 1 video.
Must be original audio and video. No covers or remixes.
Existing posts OK, but I will judge by today's quality standards.
Non-diegetic music OK. Meaning the music doesn't have to come from inside the scene.
Basic model attribution required. Both on the entry and public post, see "how to submit" checklist.
Must be publicly posted and added to the Music Focus 🎸 Collection (following its rules).
Music is the main focus. No dialog or sound effects that disrupt the music.
Any genre.
Fully AI generated; Audio, video, reference images, everything generated. Editing allowed.
Posted on Civitai.
PG / PG-13 rated; Both the audio and imagery should be SFW. Also adding my own SFW judgement. No innuendos or offensive content that slips through the scanner.

Use 1 entry for 1 video. (Additional files ignored for the bounty.)
Post the same video on your profile too. Add a link to it in your entry.
