Onsite Moss Image vs Offsite - Why is it so bad?

I am not blaming Civitai for this one.....yet
Comfy changes chat format and negative skip block
It could be caused by my training which works in comfy and not onsite
It could be the sites fault.
Or it could be something else entirety, but compare these images - I did my best to match everything one to one.
Onsite is limited to just over 2.0 MP - the latent sizes are perfectly match at 1280x1664 for both images
Images using same seed and settings as exactly as possible, both using er_sde, same latent size - I can not match the sites exact noise seed even if the seed is set to 555
