TL;DR:
You can build a pack in the Creator Shop. Two to twenty cosmetics sold as one listing at one price: badges, decorations, backgrounds and stickers.
Listing a pack costs 1,000 Buzz, against the 10,000 it costs to list a single cosmetic. Packs go through the same review as anything else in the shop, and sell on the same 70/30 split.
You can include other creators' work. The pack price has to cover their listed price, so bundling can never undercut somebody else's item.
You set the price. There's no automatic bundle discount, and any saving you want to offer comes out of your own items.
Already own part of a pack? The price drops by your share of the builder's own items, and stickers you own get topped up with more uses instead.
Blue Buzz works only if every item in the pack accepts it. One item that doesn't takes the option away for the whole pack.
What a pack is
One listing that contains a set of cosmetics. Any kinds, mixed however you like: badges, profile decorations, content decorations, profile backgrounds, stickers. A themed set built around one character, a badge with its matching decoration, a sheet of expressions. The buyer sees everything in it before they pay, buys once, and gets the lot.
Cosmetics have always been sold one at a time, which is fine for a single badge and wrong for anything designed as a set. If you made twelve pieces that belong together, twelve listings is the wrong shape for both of you.
Building one
"Build a pack" in the Creator Shop. Pick between two and twenty of your cosmetics, name it, price it, submit it. It goes to review like any other shop listing.
Submitting costs 1,000 Buzz, a tenth of the 10,000 a single cosmetic costs. The fee covers review, and a pack is mostly made of things that already went through it.
Using other creators' cosmetics
You can put someone else's cosmetic in your pack. Your pack price has to cover their listed price, so a bundle can never sell somebody's work cheaper than they're selling it.
In practice: discount your own items as much as you like, and you can't discount anyone else's at all.
Pricing
There is no automatic bundle discount. You set the price, and a pack is allowed to cost exactly what its contents cost separately. If you want a pack to be a deal, you make it one.
A pack sale splits the way any shop sale does: 70% to creators, 30% to Civitai, exactly as a single cosmetic does. Every creator whose work is in the pack is paid out of that 70% at their own listing's rate, and what's left is yours. Bundling doesn't change anybody's cut, ours included.
Two things happen on their own:
Already own something of yours in the pack? The buyer's price comes down by their share of your part of it. Another creator's item doesn't discount, since discounting it would be discounting their work.
Already own a sticker in the pack? It arrives as more uses rather than a duplicate.
Before you build one
A pack is only for sale while everything in it is. If a cosmetic in your pack sells out or its creator takes it off sale, the pack comes off the shelf until that's resolved. Worth knowing if you're building around somebody else's item.
Blue Buzz works on a pack only if every single item in it accepts Blue Buzz. One item that doesn't takes the option away for the whole pack, and the builder tells you which one.
Tell us what you think
We let you mix any cosmetic types in one pack, on the theory that a set is a set. Would you rather packs stayed to one type, so a sticker pack is only ever stickers?
Two others we'd like your read on. Is twenty items enough room, or are you trying to build something bigger? And would you use another creator's work in a pack, or does that feel like more coordination than it's worth?
