I'm sure you know that Civitai has no real discovery options, so old LoRAs won't get much activity, and what little it does comes from users deliberately looking for stuff (via search or your back catalog). This means almost all engagement with a LoRA comes in the first <24 hours when its on the main page with newest.
There are very few ways around this to some degree, mainly by showing off older stuff in newly posted LoRAs. While I see creators use their older LoRAs alongside the new ones in the main gallery with reasonable frequency when they have the back catalog to support it (e.g., using characters with styles or poses you've made previously), I too often see creators leave Suggested Resources blank despite having a lot of related content. I've watched my metric for both generation and collected items (from Buzz Dashboard), I can say this does result in a boost in engagement. It isn't a lot, but it is something and doesn't cost anything but a bit of time.
