Create a Winslow Homer-inspired watercolor and oil portrait of a black statue wearing a golden skull mask, set against a deep, gradient background. Incorporate studio lighting inspired by Londre dGerin's editorial photography, with fluid, symmetrical forms, delicate gold leaf accents, and a dynamic interplay of sharp edges and soft shapes. The composition should exude the timeless elegance and gravitas of a masterpiece.
