Create an abstract oil painting utilizing an extremely thick impasto technique to depict a phoenix rising. The canvas should come alive with bold, heavy, and tactile strokes of paint, offering a 3D texture that is almost palpable visually. Vivid oranges, intense reds, and bright yellows should surge forth from the center, symbolizing the phoenix's fiery rebirth, while the outer edges transition into deep blues and subtle grays, evoking images of smoke and ashes from its previous life. The heavy application of paint is essential, resulting in ridges and peaks on the surface to enhance the visual impact and depth, capturing the essence and dynamic energy of the mythical phoenix in a dramatic and vivid display.
