Art by Norman Rockwell. A vintage, cartoonish illustration from the side, depicting a man in a squatting position next to a wooden sign that reads "welcome to elmville." the man is wearing a black shirt, brown pants, and a brown hat, and is holding a small metal object in his right hand, which appears to be a whistle. he has a stern expression on his face and is looking directly at the viewer. the background is a plain white, and the image has a watermark in the bottom right corner.
