yfg-srs Design a plastic painting set that captures a dystopian world while incorporating glimmers of hope. The artwork style should seamlessly blend anime and cyberpunk influences, drawing inspiration from the Golden Twenties and Art Deco design elements. Please emphasize the contrast between the bleakness of the dystopia and the elements that symbolize hope.
