Create an artwork in the style of Ralph McQuarrie, capturing a cat nestled against a dynamic, swirling backdrop. Use vibrant, layered colors to form waves that evoke a whimsical, otherworldly atmosphere. Highlight the cat's distinct black, white, and orange coat with intricate details, ensuring it stands out against the surreal background, embodying a sense of tranquility amidst the imaginative chaos.
