Given the retro aesthetic, this is a VHS movie title card, likely from the 1980s or early 1990s. The scene features a group of viking warriors on a rocky beach. It is high tide and the waves are high, splashing against the rocks. The title of the movie is " Tales of the Norse" in stylized orange text. VHS scanlines are visible along with jpeg artifacts.
