A Hong Kong police officer of HKPSU is conducting a routine patrol on a rainy night in the crowded streets of Mong Kok. The officer, wearing a rain-soaked light blue uniform, notices a suspicious individual trying to pickpocket a distracted pedestrian under an umbrella. The officer, with water dripping from the brim of his small cap, quickly moves through the throng of people, ready to intervene. The street is wet and slippery, with reflections of neon lights shimmering on the pavement, adding to the tension as the officer prepares to confront the suspect.
