A Hong Kong police officer of HKPSU on a routine traffic patrol arrives at the scene of a minor car accident on a busy Kowloon road during rush hour. The officer, wearing light blue uniform, steps out of his patrol car and approaches the two drivers who are arguing loudly next to their damaged vehicles. The traffic is backed up, horns blaring, and pedestrians are gathering to watch. The officer, maintaining a calm demeanor, begins to assess the situation, taking notes and asking questions, while trying to de-escalate the heated exchange between the drivers.
