A desolate nightmare illustration looking steeply upward from the top step of a stone stepped pyramid during a total eclipse, a lone priestess in a plain dark cloak standing at the edge with her back to the viewer, her hands hidden beneath her sleeves, tiny against the vast sky. Overhead, the black sun is ringed by a thin white corona, and from it descend colossal skeletal women made of pale star fire, their ribs and skulls glowing faintly, their long skirts of drifting stars trailing down the sky like torn curtains, their jaws opening to reveal rows of small bright teeth. The jungle far below lies in total shadow, a single lit hearth burning in the valley. Palette of eclipse black, ash white, dull jade green and a thin line of ember orange along the corona. Charcoal and chalk pastel texture, grain, silent and enormous.
