Akira Style anime illustration of a neon-lit city highway at night, side view at road level, wide shot. RKN-chan, a daring woman in her late twenties with long pale blue hair with blunt bangs tied in two high pigtails streaming behind her, slides a sleek blue motorcycle sideways to a stop in the iconic sliding brake, sparks spraying from the asphalt, a fierce grin on her face. Her pigtails are held by dark blue cube-shaped hair clips marked with a single straight white line running across the cube from edge to edge, interrupted in the middle by a hollow white square. She wears a long double-breasted blue jacket with light blue piping and black epaulettes, light blue leggings and blue knee-high boots. On her left sleeve is a white-bordered polygonal patch bearing the bracket emblem: a tilted square made of two thick angular bracket shapes. The upper-left bracket is light blue and opens toward the lower right, the lower-right bracket is dark blue and opens toward the upper left, and they face each other around a small dark blue square in the center, separated by narrow white gaps. The side of her motorcycle bears the same bracket emblem: a tilted square made of two thick angular bracket shapes. The upper-left bracket is light blue and opens toward the lower right, the lower-right bracket is dark blue and opens toward the upper left, and they face each other around a small dark blue square in the center, separated by narrow white gaps. Behind her, two of her soldiers in bulky blue armored suits, with rounded dark blue chest plates and shoulder pads over gray-blue padded jumpsuits, full-face blue gas-mask helmets with two round glowing pale blue eye lenses and round filters, and gray belts with holsters, ride in on their own blue motorcycles, headlights blazing. There are only three figures in the scene. Detailed 1980s cel animation, long red-blue light trails, glowing city towers.
