Times Square in New York on a rainy November night, seen from slightly above street level. Huge glowing billboards cover every building: the largest one reads "BROADWAY" in tall red letters, another one announces a musical with the words "MOONLIGHT ON BROADWAY", and a green street sign at the corner reads "W 45 St". Yellow taxis crawl through the intersection, their headlights and red taillights smeared across the wet asphalt, which mirrors every color of the signs in long vertical streaks. Crowds of people with black, red and transparent umbrellas cross the street, steam rises from a manhole in the foreground, and a hot dog cart with a striped umbrella glows under the neon.
