Dynamic medium shot taken by a friend, built-in flash freezing the ball and a faint blue dusk background. A 22-year-old Taiwanese woman in a roomy forest-green basketball jersey spins a basketball briefly on her palm, laughing when it starts to wobble. Outdoor asphalt court, faded painted lines, chain-link fence, dusk apartment windows and abandoned water bottle. The basketball rests lightly against her hip, with chalk lines and peeling painted asphalt stretching behind.
