retro 1990s anime cel artwork, hand-inked lineart with flat hard-edged cel shading, dramatic high-contrast lighting with deep black shadows, high resolution. A low-angle full-body view of a pop singer in her twenties leaping on an outdoor stage under the open sky, one arm flung up with a microphone and white and crimson confetti swirling around her, her eyes squeezed shut in a joyful shout. The image is painted like an early-1990s fantasy anime key visual, in saturated flat colour with glossy posterized highlights, white surfaces shaded in cool cobalt blue, fine sketchy ink strands in the hair and a gouache-painted background with brushy clouds. She has long platinum twin tails flying out behind her, pale peach skin and glossy crimson lips. She wears a white sleeveless stage dress with crimson trim and gold buttons, white boots and long crimson ribbons tied at her wrists. Below her, the stage edge and black speaker stacks frame the lower corners, and behind her a deep cobalt sky stacked with towering white clouds fills the frame, the confetti flashing white and crimson in the sun. Bright hard sunlight from the upper left throws crisp black shadows across her dress and the stage. Palette of deep cobalt blue, white, black, crimson and a gold glint. Joyful, loud, dazzling.
