retro 1990s anime cel artwork, hand-inked lineart with flat hard-edged cel shading, dramatic high-contrast lighting with deep black shadows, high resolution. A full-body view of a woman in her twenties standing on the upper wing of a white seaplane flying low over a sparkling sea, one hand gripping a strut as she laughs toward the viewer with a fearless expression. The image is painted like an early-1990s fantasy anime key visual, in saturated flat colour with glossy posterized highlights, white surfaces shaded in cool cobalt blue, fine sketchy ink strands in the hair and a gouache-painted background with brushy clouds. She has short spiky crimson hair whipping in the wind, large blue eyes with bright white highlights, a bandage across her nose and pale peach skin. She wears a black flight jacket with a white fleece collar over a white shirt, black trousers tucked into black boots and a long white scarf streaming behind her, with gold-rimmed goggles pushed up on her forehead. Below her, the seaplane's white wings with crimson stripes cut across the frame over a deep cobalt sea flecked with white, and behind her a deep cobalt sky is piled with towering white clouds, with a small island of white houses on the frame's left. Bright hard sunlight from the upper right throws crisp black shadows under the wing and across her jacket. Palette of deep cobalt blue, white, black, crimson and a gold glint. Fearless, airborne, joyful.
