illustration artwork A lone wanderer in a long hooded cloak walks a narrow path through a forest of translucent glass trees on an alien world, their trunks filled with slow pulses of cyan and violet light like veins carrying liquid stars. The canopy overhead is a ceiling of drifting jellyfish shaped spores that glow soft pink and drop tiny sparks onto the ground. A tall mask of pale bone covers the wanderer's face, with two thin vertical slits of amber light for eyes, and a curved staff in one hand taps against crystal roots that ring like bells. Far between the trunks, barely visible in the haze, a colossal pair of folded wings rests against the sky, belonging to something that sleeps. Low angle, strong silhouette, deep atmospheric depth. The palette is deep teal, violet, soft pink and black, with a hushed and reverent atmosphere.
