vtxmineral, icy permafrost fairy frozen silhouette walking. Silhouetted face. Walking along water puddle. Freezing puddle with footsteps. Adorable pink mittens. Frozen neon blue wings. Rose buds bloom from the head as flower hair, each one intricately detailed with frozen tips and delicate, icy crystals that refract the light. The rose buds are a soft, pale pink color, with subtle texture and shading that gives them a painterly appearance. The snowfall surrounding the fairy is a soft, powdery white, with delicate, swirling patterns that suggest the gentle touch of winter's breeze. The overall effect is ethereal, which combines the beauty of nature with the serenity of a frozen fairy.
