A haunting cyberpunk scene: a cluster of broken staircases floats in the upper sky, drifting apart in slow orbit, their steps glowing faint cyan at the edges; beneath them a skyline of crooked towers in teal and charcoal, red lanterns strung between rooftops, low neon fog; foreground a low angle view of a rooftop shrine where a masked drummer in a black and red robe stands before a huge taiko drum, arms raised mid strike, a white fox mask hiding his face, shock waves of pale light rippling off the drum skin and scattering rain into the air; cinematic, dramatic noir mood, high contrast, volumetric lighting, rim light on the robe and mask, specular wet roof tiles, film grain, slight vignette, ultra detailed textures, stylized color grading in teal, charcoal, black and crimson accents; powerful and ritualistic
