a heavily textured, surrealist painting in the style of remedios varo. Central subject is a female angel, her arms and enormous white wings spread in a gesture of benevolence and benediction. the woman has very long blonde straight hair descending in waves, with pointed bangs ending between her eyes. the wings take up most of the composition. she is clad in flowing, form-fitting black armor with prominent sloping pauldrons, spiked elbows and claw-like black gloves. she floats in midair; one knee is raised, the other hangs straight down. she wears a long, narrow black pelvic curtain. the background is a rich orange with mysterious demonic glyphs in glowing yellow.
