LesAmantsDiaboliques, A man and a woman standing in a narrow hotel corridor facing each other. The man, on the left side of the corridor, wears a dark brown leather jacket zipped halfway up, a white shirt with the collar unbuttoned, dark gray trousers, and scuffed black boots. He holds a room key in his right hand extended toward the woman. The woman, on the right side of the corridor, wears a beige trench coat fully buttoned with the belt tied in a bow, a red silk scarf knotted at her throat, a black pencil skirt, and black patent leather pumps. She holds a small brown suitcase in her left hand at her side, and her right hand is raised with the palm facing the man. On the floor between them, a white envelope lies flat on the carpet. Behind the woman, a housekeeping cart stands against the wall with a white towel draped over the handle and a stack of folded sheets on the lower shelf.
