A poetic mid-shot of a figure standing motionless in a torrential downpour, where the rain itself is rendered as sharp, vertical streaks of liquid gold and fine, splattered indigo ink. The figure’s face and shoulders are turned away, their form carved from a marble-like swirl of deep teal, rich navy, and shimmering gold filaments that seem to melt under the falling rain, running down their body in long, pooling tendrils of paint. The ground beneath their feet is an chaotic lake of dark watercolor blooms, heavy paint splatters, and reflective gold puddles. Above, the sky is a dark, dramatic wash of stormy blues and soft, wet-on-wet ink clouds.
