A painting of the megalomaniacal supervillain, Chad Wyatt: Master of Guinea Pigs as he leads his army of highly trained guinea pigs though the ruins of the city. He stretches out an arm, directing his guinea pig horde as he laughs. He is an imposing man wearing a tuxedo with a black and red opera cloak, and sash laden with medals of excellence, his handlebar moustache and pointy beard completing his villainous appearance.
