A haunting DSLR portrait photograph of a wendigo in a snow-laden pine forest at blue hour, its elongated skull-like face stretched with grey frostbitten skin pulled taut over sharp cheekbones, cracked and peeling at the temples to reveal pale bone beneath, antlers of dark weathered elk horn crusted with ice crystals and lichen rising out of frame, sunken eye sockets holding tiny points of cold white light deep within, black frost-split lips parted around long yellowed teeth, its breath forming dense vapor clouds backlit by the dying blue light, individual snowflakes resting unmelted on its lashless brow, strands of frozen saliva bridging its jaw, shot on a 135mm f/2 telephoto lens compressing the snow-heavy pines into a soft grey-blue wall of bokeh behind it, natural overcast winter lighting with subtle cyan color cast, extreme skin texture detail showing frost damage and cracked epidermis, photojournalistic realism, 8k, shallow depth of field, film grain reminiscent of Kodak Portra pushed two stops.
