A studio-quality American 2D animation from the 90s or 2000s. The female dog is wearing a drinking helmet can holder hat with a feeding tube, and a necklace with a shark tooth pendant. She has a Californian accent. She looks at the view and says "Is this radical enough for you, dawg?". The camera switches as she does a flip with her surfboard on the wave, holding on to her surfboard. She makes a perfect landing on her surfboard. The camera changes to face towards her. She moves the feeding tube that is attached to the hat with her paw towards her mouth to take a sip of the soda juice. She lets out a satisfying "Mmmmm".
