A studio-quality American 2D animation from the 90s or 2000s. The female dog is wearing a drinking helmet can holder hat with a straw, and a necklace with a shark tooth pendant. She has a Californian accent. She looks at the view and says "Is this radical enough for you, dawg?". The camera switches as she does a flip with her surfboard on the wave, holding on to her surfboard. She makes a perfect landing on her surfboard. The camera changes to face towards her. She moves the straw with her paw towards her mouth to take a sip of the soda juice. She lets out a satisfying "Mmmmm".
