an illustration in a scratchboard art and cross-hatching style. A shimmering, iridescent rainbow stretches across a dramatic cloudy sky, its vivid colors glowing with a subtle pearlescent sheen. The rainbow arcs emerge from a thick green forest at the bottom of the picture. Blue-gray clouds swirl and curl in stylized, flowing patterns, forming dynamic, almost painterly shapes. Through breaks in the cloud cover, in the top left corner of the picture, sunlight pierces through, casting radiant beams that illuminate the scene and enhance the brilliance of the rainbow. The interplay of light and shadow creates a luminous, dreamlike atmosphere, where the glowing rainbow contrasts beautifully with the moody, swirling sky.
