Anime style, concept art, wide shot, an ethereal sky city floating over shimmering turquoise waters, blending ancient fantasy architecture with Moroccan/Moorish influences, colossal whales and giant dolphins swimming in the sky among the clouds and buildings, a central, towering white castle structure with intricate carvings, surrounded by smaller blue-roofed buildings and arches. Below, the water reflects the light, and a few small figures are resting on the bank. The scene is bathed in a bright, clear, magical light, deep sky blue and vibrant turquoise color palette, contrasted with terracotta and earthy tones in the foliage, highly detailed fantasy, volumetric lighting, rich color complexity, subtle cell shading and soft airbrushing, epic scale.
