An abandoned, vaulted cathedral interior. Sunlight streams through the broken, dust-covered stained-glass windows along the eastern wall. The air is heavy and undisturbed, choked with the fine powder of decaying stone and plaster. Long shadows stretch across the worn marble floor, interrupted only by the large, isolated pools of intense, focused light spilling down from the high arches.
